Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in a read operation outputting data to multiplex busses by outputting a control signal in accordance with the detection signal of the completion of a sense output operation. SOLUTION: A sense amplifier output detecting circuit 41 outputs a detection signal X0 indicating the completion of the sense output operation of a sense amplifier part 6 by detecting changes from precharge potentials of the sense output and complementary output of the sense amplifier part 6. When the detection X0 becomes 'H', a bus driver control signal Y0 becomes 'H' via a logic outputting part 42 being in an activated state to make a bus driver 8 be in an activated state. At this time, since newly read out data are made to be the input data of the bus driver 8 via a holding circuit 7, the data are outputted on a multiplex busses. |
