Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lighting mottle, to improve luminance, and to reduce the manufacturing cost by mounting light emitting diodes lighting operation buttons, LED lenses, a display part, and the like on a wiring board. SOLUTION: Operation switches 21 are mounted between the center part and the lower part of a surface of a wiring board 20, light emitting diodes 22 of required numbers are mounted at required points between operation switches 21, and white resist 23a is applied on a whole surface corresponding to the operation part of the wiring substrate 20 excluding light emitting diodes and operation switches 21. A liquid crystal display unit is mounted at the slightly upper part from the center part of a surface of the wiring board 20, light emitting diodes 26 of required numbers are mounted transversely with one line at the lower part of the liquid crystal display unit, and white resist 23b of a band shape is applied on a surface of the wiring board 20 along light emitting diodes. A light emitting diode 27 is mounted also at an upper end part of the wiring board 20 corresponding to a LED lens, white resist 23c is applied also on a peripheral part of the light emitting diode 27.
