Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin-based resin composition, having thermoplastic elastomeric properties and excellent in heat and impact resistances and processability, and also superior in economy. SOLUTION: This polyolefin-based resin composition comprises 5-49wt.% component (I) and 51-95wt.% component (II). (I) a polypropylene component having 0.5-5.0dL/g intrinsic viscosity ([η]) measured in tetralin at 135 deg.C and (II) a polyolefin-based resin component having a main chain composed of methylene and a methine chain, further plural alkane side chains having different chain lengths in the same polymer chain, 20-200 pieces of methyl carbons based on 1,000 carbon atoms (CH3 /1,000C) and the relationship with the density satisfying the formula: density <0.96- 0.0156×Ln(CH3 /1,000C)+0.00016×(CH3 /1,000C)} and further 0.5-5.0dL/g intrinsic viscosity ([η]) measured in tetralin at 135 deg.C.
