Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform optimization matching operations of different kinds of category and section which are present together on a system by clients and provide operability as individual operators desire by providing a customizing function and enabling conversion into logical key information of the system. SOLUTION: Function key definition files 7 are prepared by clients, and a standard definition file provided by the system and (n) definition files for customization unique to users are and prepared and registered while given file names respectively. When an operator inputs one function key through key input 2, its key information is passed to a key interface program 3 and retrieved to pass corresponding logical key information to function execution 4. With the logical key information passed from the key interface program 3, the execution of the function or corresponding execution is indicated and the execution result of the function is displayed 5 to informs the operator that the process of the requested function has ended.
