SOLUTION: This corner pad A for packing a washstand counter is structured in such a manner that one side wall part 2 of the upper part of a corrugated cardboard tube body 1 is bent inward. A hollow double wall part 4 whose cross section is roughly L shaped is formed by the side wall part 2 and the opposite side wall part 3 facing the same, the tube body 1 opening end located at the lower end height of the hollow double wall part 4 is made as a mount part 6 on which the corner part of the washstand counter is placed. Inside the hollow interior 7 of the hollow double wall part 4, a reinforcing plate 8 whose cross section is roughly L shaped and is made of synthetic resin is inserted and held.
