PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate entering and going out and to improve the appearance of a vestibule structure. SOLUTION: When a vestibule is built at the floor being a second floor or higher than that of a unit type building 10, a stair landing 31 built at the upper end part of outer stairs 30 is arranged adjacently to a vestibule 13, and a landing frame 32 which constitutes the floor of the landing 31 is fixed at the upper beam of a lower floor unit 12 and the floor of the landing 31 is built in a level lower than that of the floor of the vestibule 13. A tread frame 40 arranged in such a state to protrude sideways from the side position of an upper floor unit 11 is arranged at a boundary part between the floor of the landing 31 and the floor of the vestibule 13. The height position of the tread frame 40 is raised to a level higher than that of the landing 31 and lower than that of the floor of the vestibule 13.
