Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin resin composition for thermoforming which is excellent in thermoformability and useful as a sheet by formulating 2 or more kinds of crystalline polyolefin resins and amorphous polyolefin resins whose melting points are different from those of the crystalline resins. SOLUTION: (A) At least two kinds of crystalline polyolefin resins different in their peak melting points from those of the following component (B) measured by the differential scanning calorimetry (heat flux DSC) (JIS-K-7121)by at least 8 deg.C (preferably e.g. polypropylene, high-density polyethylene) and (B) at least one kind of an amorphous polyolefin resin whose glass transition point (medium glass transition temperature) measured by the above DSC method is at least 8 deg.C lower than the highest melting point of resins in the component (A), for example, a polymer having a cyclic olefinic structure of the formula ((n) is 0, a positive integer of 1 or more; (m) is an integer of 1 or more; R1 -R4 are each H, a hydrocarbon) are formulated to give the objective polyolefin resin composition.
