Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the force-feeding state of ready mixed concrete in a piping route in real time by judging whether materials of the ready mixed concrete is separated or not from the friction sound detected by a sound sensor for detecting the friction sound between the ready mixed concrete in force feed and the inner wall of a piping. SOLUTION: A sound sensor 14 in mounted on the outer wall side of a piping 12 for force-feeding ready mixed concrete in the inner part, and the friction sound between ready mixed concrete 10 in force feed and the inner wall of the piping 12 is detected by the sensor 14. A concrete material separation judging means 16 judges whether the materials of the ready mixed concrete 10 are separated or not from the friction sound detected by the sensor 14, and outputs the judgment result to a monitor result display means 18.
