Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give continuity of antibacterial effect by constituting parts that an operator touches with members composed of antibacterial agent obtained by capsuling compound containing antibacterial ion. SOLUTION: Material in which antibacterial/mildewproof agent 10 obtained by enveloping antibacterial compound 1 containing antibacterial ion α by a micro capsule part 3 and capsuling it is distributed in resin is molded. Then, it is provided on a keyboard part 20 or a display part 30, which are the parts that the operator touches. Only when antibacterial agent 10 provided on the keyboard part 20 and the display part 30 is depressed by the force of more than 30 grams, the micro capsule part 3 is destroyed, antibacterial ion α ooze out of antibacterial compound 1 and an antibacterial/mildewproof operation is displayed. Thus, continuity can be given to antibacterial effect.
