PURPOSE: To provide an electrical apparatus with a terminal portion to which a terminal cover of a necessary minimum size is attached, and when a wire with a long tip charging portion is connected, another terminal cover can be further combined therewith, and provide the combining terminal cover for the electrical apparatus with the terminal which can be simply combined with the terminal portion of the electrical apparatus and can cover the long tip charging portion of the wire surely. CONSTITUTION: A circuit breaker 1 is provided with a main body 2, a terminal portion 6, and a terminal cover 10 which a wire 13 can passes through and is attached to the terminal portion 6 so as to cover a terminal device 9. The terminal cover 10 is provided with a combination portion 10g with which a combining terminal cover 12 can be combined in a departing direction from the main body 2. The combining terminal cover 12 is combined with the terminal cover 10 so as to cover a part of the wire, and is provided with first combination portion 12f combined with the combination portion 10g of the terminal cover 10 and second combination portion 12h with which another combining terminal cover can be combined.
