Abstract PURPOSE:To increase the degree of setting accuracy of a driving course except angle sencor measured value during the driving stop of a driving body by providing an angle sensor applying a fluid pressure pipe and a strain gauge thereto over a plurality of driving pipes and a driving head. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of driving pipes 1 and a driving head 2 are respectively continuously connected lengthwise in a bendable manner, and a driving head drive pressure fluid pipe is provided over each of the driving pipes 1 and an inside hollow section of the driving head. Interior finishing is made to an angle sensor 5 over the head 2 and driving pipes 1, and bending angles of the head 2 and driving pipes 1 are detected by measured value of the angle sensor of a driving body S. In addition, a driving course is set from the measured value. At that time, during the driving stop of the driving body S, an error is apt to grow large in a measured result of the angle sensor 5, and measured value in that time is corrected to increase the degree of accuracy of measurement as a whole. All measured fluctuation values are treated as the error, and error correction can be efficiently made.
