Summary:PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to lower the cost by exposing metal reinforcement of a dust seal at the upper end of a steering post, to the outside so as to be used as a stationary contact member in order to eliminate the necessity of a special stationary contact member for a horn push button. CONSTITUTION:A horn push button 19 provided in the central part of a steering handle 11, is composed of a grounded negative electrode side movable contact member 21, a spring urging the contact member 21, and a positive electrode side stationary contact member K, both contact members 21, K being arranged, relative to one another so that they can make contact with each other. Meanwhile, a dust seal 26 through which a handle shaft 18 pierces, closes the upper end of a steering post 14, and a metal seal frame 26b in the dust seal 26 serves as the stationary contact member K. Meanwhile, a lead wire connecting terminal 29 is integrally incorporated with the other seal frame 26a in the dust seal 26. With this arrangement, it is possible to dispense with a special stationary contact member K.
