Abstract | PURPOSE: To facilitate installation and assembly only by setting a square frame at a rice polishing station by sectioning the frame with a partition wall, then installing a motor inside the section and a rice polishing chamber and a rice bran suction blower outside, and assembling these constituent members vertically using parts. CONSTITUTION: A partition wall 6 comprising a vertical frame wall 10 and a horizontal frame wall 11 is installed in a square frame, and a motor housing chamber 7 is formed inside the wall 6, while a rice polishing mill housing chamber 8 and a rice bran suction blower housing chamber 9 are formed outside the wall 6. In addition, a rice polishing motor 14 is set in the motor housing chamber 7, then is introduced into horizontal spiral rods 12, 13 which protrude through the wall 10, and is fixed with nuts. Next, a rice polishing mill 20 is stored in the storing chamber 8, and mounting pieces 24, 25, 26 which protrude from the bearing part 23 of the rice polishing mill 20 are fastened with bolts. Further, a rice bran suction device is arranged in the rice bran suction blower housing chamber 9, then a mounting table 54 is deposited on the wall 11 of a partition wall 6, and an inclined suction cylinder 53 is installed between the suction port of a sleeve for the rice polishing mill 20. |
