Abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a flexible circuit board which can be aligned accurately in a connector. CONSTITUTION: The flexible circuit board 100 is provided, on one side thereof, with conductive pads 40 and ground contact pads 60 arranged oppositely in rows as well as a conductive pattern 30 and, on the opposite side thereof, with a ground layer. A reinforcing board, penetrating the flexible circuit board 100, is bonded between the conductive pads 40 and the ground contact pads 60 arranged oppositely in rows. The reinforcing board includes a part projecting above an opening. The projecting part abuts, at the end thereof, against the inner bottom face of a connector thus aligning the flexible circuit board 100.
