Abstract | PURPOSE:To prevent a thread-like foreign material from entering a fluidized bed and fluidizing particles from being carried away upstream. CONSTITUTION:A liquid-phase fluidized bed heat exchanger is provided with a heat exchanger main body 1 and heat transfer tubes 3, and in the heat exchanger main body 1 are a fixed particle layer 9 made up of fixed particles 9a, a dispersion layer 11 made up of coarse particles 11a laid on the fixed particle layer 9 and a fluidized bed 13 which is made of fine fluidizing particles 13a laid on the dispersion layer 11 and in which the heat transfer tubes 3 are installed. Heat exchange takes place between sewage 2 led into the heat exchanger main body 1 and the heat transfer tubes 3 while the sewage passes through the fixed particle layer 9, the dispersion layer 11 and the fluidized bed 13 sucessively. |
