A base material 30 is brought into close contact with at least the partial area of the piece 21, and the part brought into close contact with the material 30 is formed with a commodity guarantee certificate having the area recorded with individual information of each commodity. Further, at least the part of the area recorded with the management information of the piece 22 has a sticky layer on the rear surface which is separably provided from the piece 22 and formed with a label sheet 22a attached to the commodity or its package.
