Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent a windshield from widening sideways by providing in a partition plate a fastening hollow into which fastening parts of the windshield are fitted so as to effect the fastening in a manner of putting contact parts for the fastening formed parallel to the sides of the windshield in contact with respectively the outer sides of fastening tongues for the fastening formed parallel to the two lateral sides of the windshield. CONSTITUTION: In the top end of a partition plate 7 a fastening hollow 22 into which fastening parts 18 of a windshield 8 are fitted is formed. In the fastening hollow 22 contact parts 22a each of which comes in contact with a fastening tongue 18a of either of the fastening parts 18 and functions to stop sidewise movement are formed in parallel with the lateral sides 8c of the windshield 8. As the windshield 8 is pressed down, side hooks 19 and the lateral sides 8c deform to assume widening outward and, when the windshield 8 is set in position, the fastening parts 18 of the top side 8a come in contact with the fastening hollow 22 of the partition plate 7 and the fastening tongues 18a come in contact with or are set facing respective contact parts 22a. Fastening is effected by fitting together of the fastening parts 18 and fastening hollow 22 and by stopping of the fastening tongues 18a on the fastening hollow 22 from the outer side. This constitution enables preventing the windshield 8 from widening sideways.
