Abstract PURPOSE: To simply recognize the attribute data of molding flask number, etc., in high reliability when a pouring truck pours to molding flask by arranging a sensor to detect passing of molding flask in a pouring truck and inputting detected signal of the sensor to a pouring record collecting means. CONSTITUTION: A reference sensor 12 is placed at the distance set beforehand, the value is registered in a control computer 9 as the offset value from a molding machine 1 in term of a number of piece for respective molding flask. The control computer 9 refers a molding flask control table and obtains a molding flask number in molding, determines the molding flask number at the reference position from the former/offset value and transmits the value to a pouring record collecting device 8. When pouring is executed, the pouring record collecting device 8 transmits the molding flask number recognized as pouring record information in pouring, the control computer 9 updates the molding flask control table based on the former and controls whole molding flask state.
