Abstract | PURPOSE: To provide a glass plate having an electrically conductive transparent film and excellent visibility of letter and provide a transparent touch panel. CONSTITUTION: This glass plate 1 having an electrically conductive transparent film is produced by successively laminating a 1st layer 3 as an under-coating layer composed mainly of SiO2 on a glass plate 2, a 2nd layer 4 composed of a thin film composed mainly of SnO2 and having a thickness of 20-140nm on the 1st layer 3, a 3rd layer 5 composed of a thin film composed mainly of SiO2 and having a thickness of 20-90nm on the 2nd layer 4 and the 4th layer 6 composed mainly of SnO2 and having a thickness of 20-30nm on the 3rd layer 5. |
