CONSTITUTION: In a rotary tool with curved outline shape formed at the corner part 4 of a tool tip part 3 so as to cut timber, nonmetal, nonferrous metal, and the like, the rake angle (a) of a bottom edge part 5 in the cutting edge 3a of a tool tip part 3 is 10-30 deg., the rake angle (b) of a peripheral part 6 is 20-40 deg., and the rake angle of a corner part 4 is in an angle range between the rake angles (a), (b) and formed into a rake angle continuously changed so as to be connected to the rake angles of the bottom edge part 5 and peripheral part 6.
