Abstract | PURPOSE:To provide a fluoroplastic coated bent pipe producing method capable of applying a fluoroplastic coating layer free from wrinkles and breakage to the curve part of a bent pipe in a closely bond state and adaptable to both of a heat-shrinkable tube inserting method and an electric wire coating method. CONSTITUTION:A metal pipe member P is constituted of a freely bendable flexible pipe part 10 and the lenear rigid pipe parts 11, 11 connected to both ends of the flexible pipe part 10 and the pipe member P is inserted in a heat- shrinkable tube 12 in a linear state to form fluoroplastic coating. Since the pipe member P is set to a linear state, the insertion of the pipe member P in the heat-shrinkable tube 12 is easy and no wrinkles or breackage is generated in a freely bendable flexible pipe part 10 becoming a curve part. |
