Abstract | PURPOSE:To efficiently deoxidize by using a small-sized physical or chemical deoxidizing device in a method for removing dissolved oxygen to prevent corrosion in a system opened in air such as a heat regenerating water system or a closed cold and hot water system. CONSTITUTION:In treating with the deoxidizing device, a deoxidizer is added to water. Then, sufficient deoxidation treating is executed by the rapid deoxidation action of the deoxidizer when deoxidation treating by the deoxidizing device does not work satisfactory yet at the initial time of starting operation of the deoxidizing device. Because the deoxidation is rapidly executed from the initial time of starting operation of the deoxidizing device, the dissolved oxygen concentration is stably and efficiently reduced and corrosion in water system is surely prevented. |
