Summary:PURPOSE: To obtain a clump which selectively stops a flow of a fluid in a tube by equipping a slit piercing through an outer wall from a first opening of a cylindrical member and a fulcrum which has the cylindrical member to rotate between an opening position and a closing position to stop the flow in the tube. CONSTITUTION: A clamp 16, as an apparatus for selectively stopping a flow of a fluid in a flexible tube 14, has a cylindrical member having a first and a second openings and an infernal diameter larger than an outer diameter of the tube 14. And, the clamp extends in a longitudinal direction of the tube 14 at the first opening position, has a slit 24 which pierces a part of the outer wall from the first opening of the cylindrical member and is formed of a part of the second opening. A fulcrum 28, which revolves the cylindrical member between the first open position and the second closing position which stops the flow of the fluid in the tube 14, is included. This slit 24 inclines as to stop the flow of the fluid by pushing the tube 14 into the slit and is almost vertical to the longitudinal derection of the tube 14 when it is at the second closing position.
