PURPOSE:To provide an excrement treating apparatus which eliminates the need for preparing a bag separately from a diaper or the like and enables packing easily and accurately to prevent the emanating of smell and the spillage of a liquid. CONSTITUTION:A bag body 2 is held being folded on an excrement receiving device 1 for diapers, napkins for menses and the like to allow mounting in a normal way and in the discarding after the use, there is no need for preparing a special bag and packing can be made timely with ease. In addition, a bottom part side closed of a bag body 2 is arranged successively to the excrement receiving device and so, for example, after a treating person inserts his hand into the bag body from the open side thereof, the bag body is inverted to accomplish a wrapping. By this operation, a clean treatment is possible without contaminating the hand, hence favorable in the hygienic aspect. Moreover, this enables the preventing of the spillage of a liquid such as excreta and the leakage of smell accurately by the adding of a bag body according to the style of a diaper or the like and the type of the excrement receiving device.
