Abstract PURPOSE:To provide a small sized strong casing auger device which can freely select drilling due to the dead weight of a casing auger or forced drilling, and can efficiently remove underground obstacles. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate elevatable base B and a lower elevatable base C are connected to each other through a forced expansible means S, a cylindrical shaft part 4 on the upper end of a casing auger E is rotatably supported by a cylindrical bearing part H provided on the main body of a casing drive device D loaded on the lower elevatable base C, and the cylindrical shaft part 4 and the motor part 21 of the casing drive device D are transmittingly connected together. An upper elevatable base A is hangingly supported with a main cable 6, a center auger 8 is connected to the center auger drive device 7 of the upper elevatable base A, an auger shaft 9 is inserted through the cylindrical shaft part 4 of the casing auger E, and a drilling blade 10 is positioned in the casing auger E. A lock means G is provided, which can make either of the intermediate elevatable base B or the lower elevatable base C selectively unmovable against a parallel guide bar 2, or can make both slidable against the parallel guide bar.
