PURPOSE:To facilitate the revision of data and to shorten the time required for revision by separately constituting the picture data and their display schedule data beforehand and displaying the picture data according to the display schedule data. CONSTITUTION:A line input part 3A receives and fetches real time information, the picture data and the display schedule data from lines 8A, 8B while classifying the reception of them according to a priority rule. An external storage medium 9A stores the picture data and the display schedule data separately constituted. A display data storage part 6A stores the real time information, the picture data and the display schedule data from the input part 3A and/or an external storage input part 5 while separating them from each other. Then, the register revision of the picture data and the display schedule data are performed by an input from the line 3B and the external storage medium 9A. At this time, since the picture data and the display schedule data are made to relate with each other by a picture data name in the display schedule data, the register revision are performed separately.
