Summary:PURPOSE:To allow the insertion of a winding into a slot and to prevent the extrusion of the slot winding from the slot at the time of rotation of a rotor by protruding a supporter as a unitary body from at least one of the facing surfaces of an insulator provided in the slot of the core of the rotor in the vicinities of the tips of the teeth. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of teeth 24 and a slot 26 are provided at a rotor core 12. An opening part 28 is formed along the axial direction at the outer surface of the rotor core 12. Then, an insulator 14 is inserted into each slot 26 of the rotor core 12 and provided. Then, supporters 38 and 40 are made to protrude as a unitary body from both facing surfaces in the vicinities of the tips of the teeth 24. One supporter 38 is formed along the outer surface of the teeth 24. When a rotor 10 is rotated, the supporters 38 and 40 are overlapped and close the opening part 28 of the slit 26. Thus, the extrusion of a winding 30 from the opening part 28 of the slot 26 is prevented. In this way, the reduction of heat dissipation and damaging are eliminated, and the high quality is assured at the low cost.
