CONSTITUTION:A dead soft steel having a compsn. contg., by weight, about 0.0005 to 0.0020% C, 0.02 to 0.15% Si, 0.02 to 0.20% Mn, 0.005 to 0.10% Sol.Al, 0.0090 to 0.030% S, <=0.0050% N, 0 to 0.5% Cu, 0 to 0.5% Ni, 0 to 0.5% Cr, 0 to 0.5% Mo and 0 to 0.1% V, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is prepd. Thus, the dead soft steel in which the hot rolled structure can sufficiently be refined and excellent in deep drawability can be obtd.
