PURPOSE:To connect a jacking device of pipes and a guide pipe and also the guide pipe and the objective ground as a unit respectively to obtain a sufficient reactive force against the thrust, by fitting a coupled part provided in the guide body at the jacking device and also fitting a grounding plate attached to the horizontal shaft of the guide body to the objective ground for thrusting. CONSTITUTION:An anchor bolt B3 is fixed at a specified position on a ground surface and bolt holes 10 are brought together and a second plate 7b is fixed. Next, the horizontal shaft 9 is arranged so as to position the main body 6 on which the second plate 7a is attached, at a notch 16a. And the first and second plates 7a, 7b are connected at the coupled part 11 and fixed against the objective ground J for thrusting. The reactive force against the thrust is obtained by the weight of jacking device A and pulling-off resistance of a guide pipe G generated in the grounding plate 7. In this way, the efficiency as the whole of jacking work can be increased.
