Abstract PURPOSE:To shorten machining time and reduce machining cost by forming different kinds of part shapes in one metal sheet material and making possible multiple part machining by one setup continuously and consistently. CONSTITUTION:The material taking machining is made once, and arrangement of multiple parts made from one metal sheet material obtained by the material taking machining is determined based on the CAD information on the multiple parts. Based on the arrangement of the parts, the machining of the upper and side surfaces of the parts for holes, grooves, outer profiles, etc., to form the multiple parts is made continuously by a machining center, and the parts of which upper and side surfaces have been machined are kept connected to the metal sheet material through ribs. Then, when a specified part must be fed, it is separated from the metal sheet material, and secondary finish is applied.
