PURPOSE:To provide an interstage connecting-separating device for a rocket enabling the realization of a connecting-separating system using a tightening band even in the case of being difficult to secure space inside of an interstage part. CONSTITUTION:An interstage connecting-separating device for a rocket is provided with a band 6 for tightening a joint part between the flange 2 of an upper stage part 1 and the flange 4 of a lower stage part 3. The lower stage 3 is provided with plural band receivers 10 opposed being spaced by the specified distance on the outer peripheral side of the band 6. Each band receiver 10 is provided with a wire 11 with one end thereof held in a spaced position on the outer peripheral side of the band 6, and a spring 12 pulling the other end part of the wire 11. The wire 11 of each band receiver 10 is then tightened in the state of being against the spring 12, and its intermediate part is fastened to the band 6.
