PURPOSE:To prepare a film of superior resistance to scuffing, resistance to acids, resistance to chipping and durability by containing one kind of radial and epoxy selected out of specified hydrolyzing radials and a curing catalyst as essential components contained in a clear coating material. CONSTITUTION:In the finish coating method, a coated face formed by applying a heatsetting acryl resin powder coating material is applied to a face to be coated as an organic solvent diluted clear coating material. Resin containing at least one kind of radical and epoxy as a functional component selected out of a hydrolyzing radical formed by the clear coating material directly bonded with silanol and silica atoms and a curing catalyst are contained as essential components. As the clear coating material is a film composed of resin containing silanol, epoxy and hydroxyl cured under the presence of a catalyst, and a film of superior resistance to scuffing, resistance to acids, resistance to chipping and durability is prepared by combining the clear coating material with powder film as well as its own nature.
