When the medium/low speed LAN interface 14-i performs the routing of the frame received from the high speed LAN 2, the address on the internal bus 15 of other medium/low speed interface having the MAC address of a routing destination is determined by the retrieval of an address table 149 by a processor 142, and frames are transmitted to the internal bus 15 by defining the address or the address on the internal bus 15 of the high speed LAN interface 13 as an address.
