PURPOSE:To reduce the installation area of the recorder by arranging a recording paper holding face of a recording paper cassette while being bent in a recording paper carrying direction so as to reduce a projection area of recording paper contained in the recording paper cassette with respect to the recorder installing face more than the case of installing the recording paper in a plane form. CONSTITUTION:The recorder having a recording paper cassette 500 containing plural recording paper sheets, a carrier means carrying recording paper and a recording means forming a picture onto the recording paper is characterized in that a recording paper containing face of the recording paper cassette 500 is bent in the recording paper carrying direction.
