PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition excellent in light/radiation-curability, adhesion to substrate, staining resistance, flexibility and abrasion resistance by mixing a bifunctional polyether urethane (meth)acrylate with a polyfunctional urethane, (meth)acrylate compound and a carboxylic (meth)acrylate compound. CONSTITUTION:This resin composition comprises 2-40wt.% bifunctional polyether urethane (meth)acrylate, 5-40 wt. % polyfunctional urethane (meth)acrylate compound prepared by reacting a polyol having 3-6 hydroxyl groups in the molecule with a diisocyanate compound and a hydroxy (meth)acrylate compound, 0-40wt.% urethane (meth)acrylate compound prepared by reacting a diisocyanate compound with a hydroxy (meth)acrylate compound, 5-40wt.% carboxylic (meth) acrylate compound, 0-60wt.% reactive diluent and 0-10wt.% photo-polymerization initiator.
