Abstract PURPOSE:To improve long-time reliability by using specifically composed ionic compound with another anion than PFs for a battery formed of ionic conduction polymer compound. CONSTITUTION:Ionic conduction polymeric compound used for an electrolytic layer 3 contains organic compound, which is expressed by Formula I and/or Formula II, at least. In the Formulas, R1 through R6 are low order alkyl groups with the number of hydrogen or carbon being one or more, and (m), (n), (k), (l) are integers, m>=1, n>=0, n/m=0 to 5, k>=3, 1/k=0 to 5. The ionic conduction polymer compound is ionic compound with another anion than PFe6<->, that is polymeric compound which has a bridge network structure formed by polymerizing ionic compound with soluble organic compound.
