PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of layer-to-layer adhesion by laminating together a sheet made from the cyclic olefin resin consisting of a specific ethylene-cyclic olefin random copolymer and a ring-opening polymer of cyclic olefin and a sheet made from a specific polypropylene resin composition. CONSTITUTION:The multilayer sheet or film is produced by laminating at a limiting viscosity of 0.01-10dl/g when measured in decalin at 135 deg.C and at a softening temp. of at least 50 deg.C a sheet made from the cyclic olefin resin consisting of ethylene-cyclic olefin random copolymer of cyclic olefin-ethylene copolymer shown in the formula and a ring-opening polymer of the cyclic olefin shown therein and a sheet made from the polypropylene resin composition consisting of polypropylene resin and the polypropylene resin having a density of at least 0.930g/cm . In the formula, n and q are each 0 or 1, m is 0 or positive integer, R -R , R and R is each hydrogen, halogen atom or hydrocarbon group, R -R may form a ring in double bond, R and R or R and R may form alkylidene group and bonds may form five-membered ring when q is 0.
