Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce the time delay of a waveform at a reception side, and to improve the responsibility of data by automatically transmitting off-data from a transmission side, and processing the off-data at the reception side, at the time of turning off a key switch at the transmission side. CONSTITUTION:Data inputted from a key switch inputting part 1 are inputted to a key input judging part 3. When the data are key-on data, the data are transmitted through a key-on data preparing part 4 and an oscillation circuit in an electronic equipment 15, and when the data are key-off data, the data are transmitted through a key-off data preparing part 5 and the oscillation circuit. A signal received by a receiving circuit 9 at the reception side is demodulated by an S meter 9 in a CPU 10. Then, the demodulated signal is judged by a key input judging part 11. When the signal is the key-on data, the signal is transmitted through a key-on data preparing part 13, and an electronic equipment 15 is turned key-on, and when the signal is the key-off data, the signal is transmitted through a key-off data preparing part 14, and the electronic equipment 15 is turned key-off.
