Summary: | PURPOSE:To maintain the composite state of a core particle and a crystalline org. compd. by fixing a crystalline org. compd. and hydrophilic polymer on the surface of the core particle by fast gas flow impact method to increase the proportion of amorphous state in the crystalline org. compd., and further, to suppress recrystallization. CONSTITUTION:A crystalline org. compd. 2 (e.g. ibuprofen) and hydrophlic polymer 3 (e.g. polyethylene glycol) are fixed to the surface of a core particle 1 (e.g. crystalline cellulose) by fast gas flow impact method to increase the proportion of amorphous state in the crystalline org. compd. 2 and further, to suppress recrystallization. Thereby, the composite state of the core particle and crystalline org. compd. can be maintained. |
