CONSTITUTION:When an alkali agent and a developing agent among the materials of a silver halide photographic solid developer are packed in one package, compacts each having an inner layer contg. the developing agent and an outer layer contg. at least one kind of substance releasing sulfite ions in an alkali soln. but not practically contg. the developing agent are packed in the package.
