Abstract PURPOSE:To provide the combustion furnace for production of fine particulates constituted to heat the powder fed together with fuel into the furnace to a high temp. by rapidly mixing the fuel and firework fuel within the combustion furnace. CONSTITUTION:A burner to be adopted in the combustion furnace for production of fine particulates is shown in the Fig. The firework fuel 4 passes the inner side and outer side of the burner body and the fuel 11 contg. the powder to be evaporated passes therebetween. The power-contg. fuel 11 ejected from the burner 2 mixes with the firework fuel 4 from the inner side and outer side thereof and is, therefore, efficiently burned to evaporate the volatile component in the powder. The burner 2 is cooled by a water cooling pipe 18 on its outside and is protected against a high temp. The evaporated powder components are condensed by cooling to the fine particulates.
