Summary:PURPOSE:To minimize traffic disturbance by forming a hopper provided to the side of a tower and a traveling hoist on the same frame, and proving a traveling device to the frame. CONSTITUTION:A loader is traveled by a wheel 6 borne on a beam 5 through a hydraulic jack 11 and a traveling hydraulic motor 8 and is capable of being operated to a free direction by driving a turning motor 7. After that, the device is moved on a vertical shaft 13, the jack 11 is so contracted that a hole 10 of a frame 1 comes right above the shaft 13, and the frame 1 is directly grounded. Then, muck is loaded in a bucket 14 in the shaft 13, the bucket is lifted, a hoist 3 is traveled upward of a hopper 4, and the muck in the bucket is dumped in the hopper 4 by driving an overturning mechanism. A dump-truck 20 is driven to the inside of a groove 9 downward of the hopper 4 to load the muck on the truck 20. According to the constitution, the device is installed at a site only in the case muck loading is executed, so that traffic disturbance can be minimized.
