PURPOSE:To make a simple method available for adjustment of distance between wing walls and the external wall of a building for a balcony that can be installed with its wing walls freed from the external wall of the building. CONSTITUTION:A balcony body 1, constructed of a front half wall 3, a floor 5 and wing walls 4 on both sides, can be installed firmly to a building only with metal brackets 18 extending from the external wall of the building only by making the floor 5 to be fixed to the metal brackets 18 while making the front half wall 3 to be sustained therewith to the building side. Distance to be made between the wing walls 4 and the external wall of the building when installing the balcony can be adjusted easily only by bringing frame members 24 close to, or separating the same from the end faces of the wing walls facing the building.
