CONSTITUTION:Internal layer material formed with water-soluble films 2, and external layer material 5 excellent in gas barrier characteristic, are laminated with a joint layer formed with adhesives layers 4 and the partially set resin layers 3 of low bonding strength, and are fusion-fitted together on the surfaces of the internal layer materials 2, 2 to be formed in the shape of a bag, and the external layer material 5 can be manually separated from.
