Summary:PURPOSE:To simplify the system of piping for supplying hot and/or cold water, structurally reduce the equipment, and enable simultaneously supplying both hot and cold water in an individually branched system of air conditioning. CONSTITUTION:With a first main supply line consisting of a supply line 41 and a return line 43 and a second main supply line consisting of a supply line 42 and a return line 44, an outdoor apparatus 1 supplies either hot water or cold water through both the two main supply lines or hot water through one of the main supply lines and cold water through the other. In subordinate supply lines, consisting of supply lines 51, 53 and return lines 52, 54, either hot water or cold water is chosen by the use of directional control valves 61-64 and sent to the respective loads. This system makes it possible to shorten the hot/cold- water piping in length and use small bores for them and also to meet the simultaneous desire for heating and cooling.
