Abstract | PURPOSE:To select the noise filter at a design stage of CAD level by retrieving a table on the basis of a frequency band as a key and selecting the noise filter which suppresses the electromagnetic radiation noise from an electric conductor. CONSTITUTION:In a step 11, the upper limit of the permissible quantity of the electromagnetic radiation noise is inputted in the form of a frequency range and in a step 12, a signal waveform on the electric conductor is calculated from electric conductor information on CAD, the input signal obtained from a device model on CAD, and a terminal model. In a step 13, the quantity of an electromagnetic radiation noise radiated from the electric conductor is estimated in the frequency range from the calculated current value of a signal and electric conductor information on, for example, the loop area of the electric conductor. In a step 14, a table is referred to on the basis of the frequency band, wherein the previously estimated electromagnetic radiation noise quantity exceeds the permissible quantity inputted in the step 11, as a key to select the noise filter which provides effect. |
