CONSTITUTION:A metal fitting 2 is mounted by means of nails 5 on the upper part center of a color polar screen plate 1. A bar 3 is engaged with the metal fitting 2. Clippers 4 are provided on both the ends of the bar 3. The clippers 4 are mounted on the upper part of a rear view mirror.
