CONSTITUTION:A bypass circuit 2 is connected with a cooling water circulation circuit 1 connecting an engine body E and a radiator R, making a detour around a radiator R, and the operation of a motor-driven type water pump 4 arranged on the engine inlet side of the cooling water circulation circuit 1, having the capacity in variable form, is controlled by a control means 14 at least according to the engine outlet water temperature of the cooling water circulation circuit 1, and the operation of a flow rate control valve 3 for controlling the cooling water flow rate which flows in the radiator R is controlled by a control means 14 at least according to the engine inlet water temperature of the cooling water circulation circuit 1.
