Summary:PURPOSE:To improve efficiency and to save electric power by forming a dichroic mirror for reflecting visible light on the surface of a reflecting mirror formed of a transparent member and by superimposing a solar battery and Peltier devices on its back. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting mirror 3 is formed of a transparent member. A dichroic mirror layer 4 for reflecting the visible light range only is formed on the surface of its light source 2. A solar battery 5 serving as a film surface is simultaneously formed on tire back of the reflecting mirror 3. In addition, Peltier devices 6 are provided on the back of the reflecting mirror, apart from the solar battery 5, so that one electrode 6a of each Pertier device 6 may keep contact with the solar battery 5. In this lighting fixture for vehicle 1, on lighting a light source 2, the whole visible light generated from the light source 2 is reflected in the illuminating direction by the layer 4. However, light beams except the visible light penetrate the layer 4 and reach the solar battery 5. The solar battery 5 executes photo-electric transfer. Its output is fed back to a battery 7, namely, electric power recovery is made.
