Abstract | PURPOSE:To measure a static pressure in an abdominal cavity without stopping the injection of gas by a method wherein a first abdominal cavity measuring means, and a second abdominal cavity pressure measuring means which is provided at the part of a pneumoperitoneum tube where a working gas does not contact directly therewith to measure a static pressure in the abdominal cavity are arranged in an air feeding pipeline and one of them is switched to be ready. CONSTITUTION:A pressure sensor 20 as first abdominal cavity pressure measuring means is provided in the course of an air feeding pipeline 18 penetrating into an abdominal cavity through a tracheal 26. A pressure sensor 22 is provided as a second abdominal cavity pressure measuring means to measure a static pressure in the abdominal cavity at a tip part of the tracheal where a working gas contact directly. A sensor identifying section 10 is connected to a switching section 8 and has a signal line 5 to send a signal to a feed pressure/flow rate control section 6 according to the type of the pressure sensors 20 and 22 and a signal line 7 to send a signal to sensor changeover switch 24. As the pressure in the abdominal cavity increases, information is transmitted to pressure control section 12 from the pressure sensor 22 stop the feeding of air with the feed pressure/flow rate control section. |
